ELB (Electroboard), based in Chatswood NSW 2067, is an Australian technology solutions provider that designs and delivers integrated audio-visual (AV), visual collaboration, and unified communication systems for organisations. ELB (Electroboard) is now looking for an experienced and well organised Office Manager to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for: Supervise daily office operations, coordinate staff schedules, manage internal communications, and maintain accurate administrative records including timesheets, payroll documentation, and project administration files; Support coordination between technical teams, project managers, and administration staff to ensure efficient workflow and clear communication across departments; Respond to client and supplier enquiries, assist with meeting coordination and project scheduling, and maintain strong professional relationships with partners and stakeholders; Monitor office expenditures, process invoices and payments, manage supplier accounts, and assist with preparing financial and operational reports; Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and company procedures, and assist with organising staff training and onboarding activities; Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, coordinate service providers, and arrange maintenance of office equipment and facilities; Assist management with operational planning, support internal initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office efficiency About you: At least one year of experience as an Office Manager; Strong ability to manage multiple administrative tasks, staff schedules, and operational priorities efficiently in a fast-paced office environment; Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, management, clients, and external suppliers; Proficiency in office software and business systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling platforms, and document management tools; Strong problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions to support office and project operations; Ability to manage deadlines, coordinate activities across teams, and adapt schedules to meet changing business and project requirements.
