You will take on the day-to-day responsibilities relating to student experiences at Asuria RTO which includes: Supporting the team who administer the end-to-end Student Experience process Handling escalated enquiries and complaints from students and stakeholders Ensuring the level of customer service provided is uniform across all programs and locations Assisting as a point of contact for the relevant training and traineeship programs Leading and Supporting the Student Experience Team by confirming all administrative tasks within their Position Descriptions are taking place. Who are you? Skills and knowledge we are looking for include: Experience in a training organisation and responsible for student enquires Experience in a call centre environment preferred but not essential Knowledge of Learning Management and Student Management systems Working within a quality and compliance framework High level communication skills, both oral and written Attention to detail High level process implementation skills High level organisation and administration skills A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
