About the Role This is a key internal-facing account management role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of national and multi-site B2B customers. You will act as the central point of contact for your customers, working closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, while also identifying opportunities to grow revenue within your portfolio. This role suits someone commercially minded who enjoys being across the detail, particularly in areas such as quoting, pricing, contract management, and customer reporting.
