The Role: We are partnering with a well-known organisation in western Sydney that is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team on a 4-week temporary basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is immediately available and confident working independently in a standalone role. Key Responsibilities : Allocating remittances and applying customer payments accurately against invoices Managing collections processes, following up on outstanding balances Performing high-volume payment allocations in a timely manner Producing and maintaining Accounts Receivable reports to support visibility of aged debt Assisting with reconciliation of customer accounts and resolving discrepancies Ensuring all AR processes are completed in line with internal controls and deadlines About you : Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role, with a strong focus on allocations Hands-on experience processing AR transactions with a large ERP system Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately Comfortable working independently in a standalone role Confident communicator, particularly with communication for collections Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must be immediately available and ready to start at short notice Reference Number: ( 06800-0013404977 .)
