About the Role: You’ll be working with children aged 3–5 years , helping them prepare for their exciting transition to school. Your days will be filled with creativity, connection, and meaningful learning experiences. Your Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, play-based programs that support school readiness Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and regulations What You’ll Need: Cert III in Early Childhood Education (a must!) Working with Children Check CHCPRT025 – Identify and report children and young people at risk Experience with 3–5-year-olds Willingness to complete Safe Food Handling and First Aid training (if not already done) What the Children Are Looking For: We asked our preschoolers what kind of teacher they’d love to have.
