We are seeking newly graduated Mental Health Clinicians to join the Help aHead Caringbah team. In this supported graduate role, you will develop your practice within an integrated, multidisciplinary team, receiving structured supervision and mentorship while contributing to person-centred, recovery-oriented care. This role is a full-time 12-month fixed term position (to 30 June 2027) with the possibility of extension. Full time and part time (min 3 days) hours are available. The service operates Monday–Friday, with some extended hours up to 7pm on two days per week. Benefits & Perks Flexible work arrangements that support your wellbeing Ongoing clinical supervision and professional development Salary packaging up to $15,900 $2,650 meals and entertainment Grand Pacific Health Staff Conference Employer paid parental leave (in addition to Government PPL) Free and confidential Employee Assistance Program Key Responsibilities Deliver brief, goal-focused evidence-based therapies (individual and group) Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial mental health assessments Develop recovery-focused wellbeing plans with consumers and carers Provide therapeutic interventions such as CBT, ACT and trauma-informed approaches Support intake and referral processes to ensure timely access to services Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records Skills & Experience You will be a newly graduated Mental Health Clinician with the following: Current full or working towards AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker (or working toward) Experience conducting mental health assessments and collaborative treatment planning Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based psychological interventions Strong understanding of the biological, psychological and social determinants of mental health About Grand Pacific Health Grand Pacific Health is a leading not-for-profit health provider delivering physical, mental and social health services across NSW and the ACT.
