About the Role Reporting directly to the Chief Residential Officer, the Roving Residential Manager provides senior leadership coverage across our homes during periods of planned leave or short-term operational support. You will step into Residential Manager roles as required, ensuring stability, compliance, and high quality care outcomes while supporting local teams through transition. This role offers exceptional exposure to different homes, leadership teams, and operational environments - no two weeks are the same. Key Responsibilities Provide effective Residential Manager leadership during planned leave or short-term coverage Ensure continuity of care, compliance, and resident centred outcomes Build trust quickly with teams, residents, and families Support homes through change with confidence, empathy, and clarity Partner closely with senior leaders to uphold operational excellence About You You are a confident, adaptable aged care leader who enjoys stepping into new environments and making an immediate, positive impact.
