About the Position Based at our Westmead practice, this is an opportunity to become a leader within our business and assist in further growing PRP. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team that provides professional, patient-focused diagnostic imaging services. You will play an active role in managing patients within the practice and developing strong relationships with our doctors, practice leaders and the broader technical team to ensure that the practice runs smoothly to maximise bookings and revenue. You will assist with referrer enquiries and manage patient debt. You will identify opportunities to improve processes and act as the escalation point for issues. About You You will be a current Chief or Senior Radiographer or Nuclear Medicine Technologist, who is looking for an opportunity to establish and lead a team. You must have strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of creating high performing teams that provide excellent patient care and reporting. You will have great coaching skills with the ability to mentor graduates to senior technicians. You must have outstanding stakeholder management skills coupled with great commercial awareness. You must have: a Degree in Applied Science (Medical Radiation Science) - or equivalent Experience in all general Radiography procedures and BMD.
