We have Casual positions available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional Retail Security and customer service Patrolling, monitoring and surveillance of designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property Perform access control and crowd management Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs Providing a professional and courteous customer service experience Adhering to all relevant security protocols and procedures Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support. Assess and respond to situations of risk. To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid Security License Current Basic First Aid and CPR certification Previous experience in a retail security and monitoring experience (highly regarded) Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts A good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role) Reliable transportation (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills The ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail A proven track record of reliability and punctuality Professional presentation and a proactive security mindset You must have valid work rights in Australia.
