Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role is responsible for but not limited to the delivery of the monthly performance reporting, annual budgeting cycle and monthly rolling forecasts. Working alongside other FP&A Analysts and the Head of FP&A, you will provide insightful reporting of business performance and play a key role in aligning business strategy and financial objectives. Responsibilities Monthly reporting and analysis - management reporting including Monthly Business Review and Board Pack preparation, insightful variance reporting and analysis, building and driving continuous improvement of financial reporting Management of risks and opportunities and appraisal of impact on financial performance and budget Business Partnering - supporting immediate business stakeholders, finance stakeholders and direct manager Budgeting and Forecasting - build and maintain robust budget/forecast models, involving in annual budget cycles and monthly rolling forecasts Undertaking financial and commercial assessments for the business arising from business decisions and initiatives. Requirements 5-7 years’ experience, preferably with experience in the FMCG/ telco/tech industry CA/CPA qualification Very detail-oriented, proficient in financial modelling and analysis, and possesses excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong accounting and commercial skills with thorough understanding of the annual planning and forecasting cycle Strong relationship building skills with experience in the effective management of diverse internal and external stakeholder groups Advanced Excel skills.
