Job Description Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager – QLD to support revenue growth across our Queensland portfolio. Based at our Brisbane Head Office and reporting to the Area Director of Sales, this role is responsible for driving corporate business while also supporting MICE and leisure market segments to deliver strong portfolio performance. This position is ideal for a proactive sales professional who thrives on building meaningful client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing targeted sales strategies across a multi-property environment. You will play a key role in expanding our corporate footprint while maximising opportunities across meetings, events and leisure channels. Key Responsibilities Drive corporate sales performance across the Queensland portfolio, with corporate business development as the primary focus Support growth across MICE and leisure segments to maximise total revenue opportunities Develop new business while strengthening and expanding existing client partnerships Execute strategic sales activities including client meetings, presentations, networking and industry engagement Collaborate closely with Hotel Managers, Revenue and Commercial teams to align sales initiatives with market demand Analyse market trends, competitor activity and forward performance to identify growth opportunities Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and CRM management Represent Minor Hotels at industry events, trade shows and networking forums to build brand presence and generate leads
