Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of steel building products, ideally including Colorbond steel roofing, fencing, patios, and guttering Engage with customers via phone and email, managing enquiries and preparing accurate quotations Proactively follow up on quotes and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations to ensure customer expectations are met, including product specifications, packaging, and delivery timelines Identify and implement ways to enhance the customer experience and overall value proposition Provide internal feedback on customer trends, experiences, and market insights About You: As a motivated and self-driven individual, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel confident in their building and project decisions.
