What You’ll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, focusing on businesses within close proximity to the hotel Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to maximise retention and revenue opportunities Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities Build strong partnerships with travel agents and key stakeholders to drive account performance Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to promote hotel offerings Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, and ensure timely response to all client enquiries Maintain accurate records, reporting, and account information within sales systems
