Description Hutcheon and Pearce Sales Account Representative Full-Time Quirindi The Role This role offers real variety where no two days are the same. You’ll be working with a broad mix of customers, from large agricultural operations through to equine and lifestyle customers, helping them find practical solutions that suit the way they work. Besides talking all things John Deere, you’ll be responsible for: Owning and growing a large, productive territory with an established and loyal customer base. Managing end-to-end sales activity, from prospecting and on-farm consultations through to quoting, closing, and follow-up. Acting as a trusted advisor, matching customers with the right John Deere solutions for their operation, property, or business. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, where reputation, integrity, and follow-through matter. Spending significant time on farm and in market, understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities. Staying across product updates, finance options, and promotions to support informed, value-driven conversations. Working closely with Parts, Service, and Support teams to ensure a seamless delivery and after-sales experience. Representing the Hutcheon and Pearce brand with professionalism, credibility, and genuine industry knowledge. Who we’re looking for: An experienced Sales Representative who understands relationship-based, territory sales. Someone confident managing a pipeline, prioritising opportunities, and working autonomously. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage everyone from large-scale operators to small acreage customers. A commercially minded professional who enjoys solving problems and delivering practical solutions. Experience in agricultural machinery or John Deere products is advantageous, but industry knowledge and a consultative sales approach are just as valuable. Someone who values teamwork and enjoys working alongside knowledgeable colleagues who support your success. The ideal candidate may come from a background in farming, equine, construction, or a similar hands-on industry.
