Job Description Deliver change and readiness activities for the S/4HANA transition Conduct change impact assessments across finance functions (AP/AR/GL/Assets) Support a network of change champions and key stakeholders Develop and coordinate project communications and updates Coordinate finance end‑user training, role mapping and learning materials Support business readiness assessments, cutover preparation and hypercare planning Escalate risks, gaps and readiness issues as needed Provide expert advice on best practices for change management within the public sector. Prepare communication materials to effectively convey change objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful AO6 Change Analyst should have: Finance transformation or ERP implementation (AP/AR/GL/Assets) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering training programs. Knowledge of public sector processes and frameworks. Understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes Excellent organisational and time management skills. A relevant qualification in change management, business, or a related field.
