Lead People and Culture strategy with a well established Investment Manager P&C for the business and also involvement in portfolio businesses Operational and strategic role- roll up your sleeves, be involved Our client, a high-performing and growing investment firm, is seeking a commercially astute and hands-on Head of People & Culture to lead and evolve their people strategy across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Managing Partner, this is a pivotal leadership role with end-to-end ownership of people strategy and operations. You will play a key role in enabling business growth, strengthening leadership capability and ensuring robust, audit-ready people governance in a dynamic, investor-driven environment. The opportunity This role offers breadth, influence and visibility. You will partner closely with senior leadership, Boards and Committees, while leading a small but impactful team across People & Culture and Administration. It will suit someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and operational level and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. Key responsibilities include Leading core people operations across multiple regions, including payroll oversight, compliance, and reporting Owning the full recruitment lifecycle, driving hiring strategy and workforce planning Leading performance, remuneration and reward frameworks, including incentive design and annual review cycles Managing employee relations, people risk and complex casework with a pragmatic and commercially sound approach Delivering Board and investor reporting, including workforce metrics, insights and headcount modelling Overseeing HRIS governance, data integrity and people analytics Developing and embedding learning, leadership and engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention Supporting portfolio companies on people matters, acting as a trusted advisor on risk, capability and organisational design About you You are a seasoned People & Culture leader with experience operating in a financial services or similarly complex, high-performance environment. You bring a strong commercial lens, coupled with the ability to influence at the most senior levels.
