The Opportunity As a General Hand you will ensure Carrington’s buildings, grounds, and equipment are maintained to a high standard, creating a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents, visitors and staff. We currently have a full time opportunity. As part of the Maintenance team, you will support facilities maintenance across the whole Carrington Campus, including: Responsibilities Maintenance – carry out basic scheduled or reactive maintenance & repairs of buildings, plant & roads Logistics – support waste & linen services, gardening team, and removalist activities for residents & business needs Driving – buggies, bus, towing trailers & ensuring vehicles are maintained to a high standard of presentation. Support the Hotel Services & Residential Aged Care teams to deliver high quality services for our residents About You Essential Criteria: Similar experience providing property/building services &/or grounds maintenance. Take pride in your work & willingness to be hands-on Commitment to excellent customer service Demonstrated ability to work in a team & independently. Understanding of safety and effective work practices.
