This role will act as the front of the business, providing administrative leadership while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The position is office-based, working five days per week, and will suit someone with a mature and professional approach who enjoys being the central point of coordination within a busy construction environment. You will play a key role supporting the wider team across administration, accounts processes and office operations, helping keep projects and business functions running efficiently. Tasks & Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure administrative processes run efficiently Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and suppliers Manage general office administration including documentation, scheduling and record keeping Assist with accounts administration including reconciling invoices and following up outstanding payments Support the team with invoicing, expense tracking and general financial administration Maintain office supplies, equipment and facilities Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures Provide administrative support to leadership and project teams as required Assist with general coordination across staff, suppliers and contractors Skills & Experience Previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administration role Construction industry knowledge or experience is essential Strong organisational and time management skills Professional and presentable with strong communication skills Experience assisting with accounts reconciliation and invoice management High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems Ability to work independently and take ownership of office operations Australian working rights required Benefits & Perks Newly created role within a growing construction business Salary package open and negotiable based on experience Stable full-time opportunity based in Smeaton Grange Office-based role working five days per week Flexible hours across an 8-hour workday Supportive team environment with long-term stability About the Company Our client is an established construction business delivering building projects across Sydney.
