Company IT Consulting company working with a Federal Government client. Requirements Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules. Create and configure workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform components. Enhance ServiceNow applications and integrations using ServiceNow’s scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API) using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies. Perform regular platform upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance and security. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems using APIs, web services, and other integration methods Proven experience in working with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles) and expertise in ServiceNow scripting Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques.
