Authentic Taste of India is looking for a qualified and experienced Full-time Cook to join our team. Salary Range - $75,000 to $80,000 Business Location - Albury, NSW 2640 Responsibilities Inspect ingredients and food to ensure quality. Monitor and control oven, grill, and cooking equipment temperatures. Prepare and cook meals according to menu requirements. Season dishes appropriately during cooking. Portion and plate meals with sauces, gravies, and garnishes. Store food in temperature-controlled areas. Prepare meals for special dietary requirements. Assist with menu planning and estimating food needs when required. Support and train junior kitchen staff or apprentices. Skills & Qualifications AQF Certificate Ill in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. Relevant experience or on-the-job training.
