Sales Consultant – Australian Vocational Education (RTO Sector) Remote / Work From Home – Full Time About the Company 360RTO Solutions is a leading Australian consultancy firm supporting Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) with compliance management, learning resources, registration and application support and operational improvement. As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Consultant with experience in the Australian vocational education and training (VET) sector to help guide clients through their RTO registration, compliance and operational needs. This is a fully remote, full-time role suited to a motivated sales professional who enjoys consultative selling and building long-term relationships with education providers. About the Role You will nurture warm leads to engage with clients, RTO owners, managers and compliance teams who have expressed interest in our services. Through structured consultations, you will identify and align services, present appropriate consultancy options and prepare quotation proposals. This role focuses on consultative sales rather than cold calling, working primarily with warm leads and existing enquiries. Key Responsibilities Conduct discovery calls and online consultations with prospective RTO clients Understand client needs relating to RTO compliance, registration, learning resources and operational support Present appropriate service solutions and prepare quotations Manage and nurture sales opportunities through the CRM pipeline Follow up enquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective clients Coordinate with internal consultants to ensure accurate service proposals Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, opportunities and outcomes Build long-term relationships with RTO clients and industry partners What We're Looking For Essential: Experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience conducting consultations via phone or online meetings Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong organisational and CRM management skills Highly Desirable: Experience in the Australian VET / RTO sector Understanding of RTO compliance, ASQA requirements, or training resources Previous experience selling consulting services, education products, or professional services Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Office365 Why Join Us Fully remote work environment Work with a respected consultancy in the Australian VET sector Competitive base salary plus performance incentives Clear processes and structured sales pipeline Opportunity to work with industry leaders and education providers No weekend work
