This is a rare opportunity to step into a big leadership role with real creative influence The Opportunity In this senior leadership role, you’ll shape seasonal creative direction, guide the research and concepting process, and ensure our colour, print and product stories come together cohesively and commercially. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Sourcing and the Senior Leadership Team to bring brand vision to life across every touchpoint. What You’ll Lead A multidisciplinary creative team across product design, textile design and product development End‑to‑end seasonal creative process: from research, storytelling, colour, print & fabric development, concepting, range building to commercial sign‑off and handing over collections to cross function teams Cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Sourcing, Marketing, Supply and your peers in the Sheridan Leadership team Continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen creative workflow, remove barriers and embed best practice Must‑haves: Strong experience leading creative teams across multiple functions Expertise in guiding technical problem solving as well as full design and creative workflow Understanding of design processes and collaboration with offshore teams and suppliers Ability to work confidently and collaboratively with a Senior Leadership Team A leadership style that supports and enhances development and our ‘learn and grow’ culture Good Benefits & Perks Two well-being days each year to recharge and focus on you.
