What you’ll do Drive end‑to‑end experiences across mobile and digital platforms, from Discovery, Research and ideation to prototyping, usability testing and delivery. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Digital stakeholders to create simple, seamless and mobile‑first digital experiences. Develop and communicate design concepts, rationale, and customer insights that influence product direction. Champion human‑centred design across the organisation, advocating for quality, accessibility, and consistency. Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to a collaborative and high‑performing design culture. What we’re looking for Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping, human‑centred design, and information architecture. 5 years’ experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing Product UX, UI, interaction, Service Design, and problem‑solving. Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring others on the design journey. Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, agile environments while still delivering high‑quality work.
