What You’ll Do Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support residents during mealtimes and ensure a dignified dining experience Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Maintain safety, hygiene, and infection control standards About You Essential Requirements Certificate III in Individual Support Previous experience in residential aged care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Physically fit for safe manual handling Confident using tablets/smartphones for work Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) Two recent managerial references Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Willingness to operate on a full rotating roster Onshore with full working rights Desirable Medication Administration Certification Why Join McLean Care?
