Hands‑on learning in general freight, warehousing, site operations and safety. Build credibility, confidence, and a deep understanding of how our network delivers. Year 2 - Functional Rotations Rotate through corporate and business support teams aligned to your degree and interests (e.g. Commercial, Fleet, Technology, HR, Finance). Work on real projects in pricing, contracts, route optimisation, data systems, supply chain and people capability Year 3 - Specialisation Join your home business unit. What We Are Looking For You’ll need to: Have recently completed, or be close to completing, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field by the end of 2026 (i.e., Supply Chain and Logistics, Business/Commerce, IT, Data and Analytics, HR, Finance and Engineering.) Hold full Australian working rights in Australia for the three-year program Be available to work full time upon program commencement in February 2027 Have a current and valid driver’s licence Have a genuine interest in transport, logistics or supply chain. Be willing to travel, rotate, and work on site — including at depots, distribution centres. You must hold (or be about to complete) a relevant bachelor’s degree, have full Australian working rights for the three-year program, current and valid driver’s licence, and be available to start the program in February 2027. We welcome applications from both recent graduates and those with up to 2 years of post-study experience. 2. Do I need logistics experience? No prior logistics or transport experience is required. We're looking for potential, passion, and a willingness to learn. A strong interest in the transport and logistics sector is essential. 3. Where will I be based? Graduates vacancies are available in Perth (head office) and Brisbane. Graduates should be open to relocating and/or travelling during the program. Most rotations will occur in major Centurion operational sites across Australia — including Perth (head office), Brisbane and Darwin/Adelaide depots. Travel and relocation support is provided. 4. What happens at the end of the three-year program? At the conclusion of the program, graduates transition into a permanent role aligned to their capabilities, interests, and business need. The final year includes a strategic project and targeted leadership development to support this transition. 5. How many graduates are you hiring?
