A willingness to learn, work overtime, night shifts, weekends and take pride in their workmanship. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate field works efficiently. Managing Labour requirements. Ensuring OHS & Quality compliance. Maintain effective communication with customers. Managing materials and sub-contractors. Financial & project progress reporting. Preferred Qualifications & Skills 10 Years experience leading teams. Industrial experience. Unrestricted Electrical Licence. Unrestricted Driver’s License. Ability to read and interpret plans.
