Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour is one of Australia’s most iconic outdoor dining events, set within the Royal Botanic Gardens with spectacular harbour views. Working across multiple purpose-built kitchens, our team delivers high-volume, premium food service to theatre guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a large, professional brigade for the full Opera season.
