An exciting opportunity for a proactive Team Leader to assist in planning, leading, and ensuring despatch operations run effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities Include Coordinate the daily despatch schedule to ensure on time customer order fulfilment Ensuring that processes are being followed and rosters are complied with Ensuring despatch instructions are being followed Monitoring of KPI’s Ensuring vehicles are properly parked in the despatch area Implementing training for personnel and monitor skill levels as required Cross training where possible to increase skill base Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the branch Promote a continuously improving service culture and implement quality principles Perform or assist with quality audits and implement any corrective actions where necessary Successful Applicant Should Possess The Following Skills And Experience Excellent organisational and planning skills Reliable and a dedicated person with drive and energy Experience leading and managing a team is beneficial Willing to support your team mates where needed Show initiative and flexibility in your approach to work High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Track record of responsibility when handling high profile assets If you feel that this challenge and opportunity is right for you, we would love to hear from you!
