As an award-winning Microsoft Partner, we're looking for a commercially sharp, technically credible individual who thrives at the intersection of business challenge and solution design someone who can win the room and win the deal. The successful candidate will be part of a friendly, open, and well-supported team, and will have the opportunity to engage with new clients, design and create solutions, and demo them back to clients. We are looking for someone who is innovative and hands-on with all technology offerings in the Microsoft suite, and who can architect solutions that drive real change in our clients' business. The role is not for the faint hearted! We need a strong player who will: Partner with our sales team to qualify opportunities, shape solution strategy, and lead the technical pursuit across complex F&O deals Lead discovery workshops to uncover client pain points and translate them into compelling solution narratives Design and present high-level F&O solution architectures that address client requirements across finance, supply chain, and operations Develop and deliver polished demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and business value propositions tailored to each client's context Own functional responses to RFI/RFP tenders, coordinating input from delivery, ISV partners, and Microsoft where required Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them toward sound technology decisions with confidence and credibility Collaborate closely with delivery leadership to ensure smooth handover and solution integrity post-sale. What you'll bring 8 -10 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O Commerce, with strong functional depth across Commerce, Finance and Supply Chain A proven track record in a pre-sales, solution advisory, or architecture role you know how to position a solution, not just build one Proven experience as consultant in past delivery projects The ability to engage confidently at C-suite and senior stakeholder level, and adapt your message accordingly Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing high-quality tender responses and solution documentation Broad familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and how F&O integrates within it Experience with D365 Commerce, Retail, or SCM is highly regarded but not essential Microsoft certifications in your domain are desirable Why Fusion5?
