About the role We are currently seeking a Group Stock Hand to join our Distribution Centre team. In this role, you will help ensure stock is processed, organised, and distributed efficiently across our network. Working as part of a supportive team environment, you will assist with a range of warehouse and stock control activities to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining safe and organised work practices. What will you do? Assisting with counting and ticketing stock deliveries, and reporting any discrepancies Accurately putting away stock within the Distribution Centre Supporting the daily picking and preparation of stock orders Assisting with regular scheduled stocktakes Maintaining general housekeeping to ensure the workspace remains safe and organised Supporting the team with ad-hoc duties across various Distribution Centre areas as required Following Work Health & Safety procedures, including safe manual handling practices Reporting any hazards, incidents, or near misses to maintain a safe workplace Contributing to a positive team environment and building strong working relationships with colleagues What skills and experience do you need?
