About the role We are seeking a Group Receiving Stock Hand to join our Distribution Centre team. In this role, you will support the accurate receiving, recording, and organisation of stock deliveries across multiple divisions. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will play an important role in ensuring incoming stock is processed efficiently and accurately. This position requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams including Buyers and Distribution Centre staff. What will you do? Receiving and recording stock deliveries for all divisions Matching stock deliveries to costings to ensure accuracy Assisting with counting and ticketing incoming stock, reporting any discrepancies Accurately putting away stock within the Distribution Centre Liaising with Buyers to organise stock samples when required Following up with Buyers regarding costing information and documentation Supporting daily picking activities when required Assisting with scheduled stocktakes Maintaining general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment Completing ad-hoc duties across Distribution Centre areas as required What skills and experience do you need? Basic to intermediate computer skills Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal stakeholders Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling stock and costings The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team Strong organisation and time management skills A proactive attitude and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the largest jewellery retailer in Australia.
