What we are looking for: We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Officer to join our high performing rates team. You’ll be responsible for collating and entering property and land information and relevant ratings data as well as guiding and mentoring team members, ensuring a positive customer experience. What your day will look like: Guiding, coaching and mentoring the revenue services team Assisting and supporting the revenue services team with the more complex enquiries and at peak service delivery times Managing revenue and property rating projects with the team and facilitate continuous improvement processes and systems Analysing the information provided by Council’s Property and Commercial Services Department and the State Government Communicating and advise the creation of new property and land records to all relevant departments in Council Please click here to view a full position description .
