Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves planning, delivering, and evaluating educational programs that support children’s learning, development, and school readiness. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement structured learning programs in indoor and outdoor settings. Deliver age-appropriate activities promoting literacy, numeracy, creativity, and social development. Support language development through storytelling, songs, role play, and group discussions. Encourage motor skill development, confidence, cooperation, and positive behaviour. Observe, document, and assess children’s developmental progress. Monitor children’s health, safety, and wellbeing. Maintain accurate educational records and compliance documentation. Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress and attend meetings as required. Ensure compliance with relevant Victorian early childhood education regulations. Skills and Experience Applicants must: Hold a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent recognised qualification). Have a minimum of two years’ full-time relevant experience. Demonstrate knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards. Hold a valid Working With Children Check and First Aid certification (or be eligible to obtain).
