What you’ll do: Prepare the surfaces of vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, filling, priming) Remove rust, dents, and surface imperfections Mix and match paint colours accurately based on job orders Tape off, fill in, and sand back in preparation for painting Apply primer, base coat and clear coat using spray equipment Ensure a high-quality finish and even coverage Perform touch-ups and corrections where required What We’re Looking for: Proven experience in a similar Vehicle Painter role Strong knowledge of coating systems, surface preparation, and application techniques Experience with blasting and paint shop equipment Ability to work on large equipment with strong physical stamina Solid understanding of workplace safety and WHS compliance Reliable, team-oriented, and quality-driven mindset Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to WHS requirements Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year commensurate to skills and experience If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and producing high-quality finishes, this role is for you.
