About the role This role plays a key part in supporting our production teams with monthly financial activities, while helping keep our systems, processes and reporting running smoothly across the business. In this role, you will: Supporting production teams with monthly financial activities and project close‑outs Assisting with client invoicing, progress claims and monitoring invoices Managing client security requests, returns and monthly charges Supporting users of the SHAPE Online Claims Portal Assisting with Early Payment Discounts and month‑end reporting Supporting Finance Business Managers and Finance Business Partners with regular and ad‑hoc reporting About you We’re a tight‑knit team, and this role suits someone who thrives on collaboration, sees the big picture, but is also willing to roll up their sleeves and juggle competing priorities.
