In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, participants and their families, providing guidance and support as they navigate aged care services within SCC Living. Key responsibilities Respond to enquiries via phone and email, providing clear information about services, eligibility and fees Support residents, participants and families through the admissions and onboarding process Coordinate admissions across Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Living services Maintain accurate records, documentation and waitlists Build strong relationships with internal teams, referrers and community partners Ensure all processes comply with privacy, policy and legislative requirements About you Experience in customer service, admissions or a client-facing role (Aged Care desirable) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage high-volume enquiries and competing priorities Experience using client management systems and handling sensitive information Empathy and professionalism when supporting older people and families Experience in high volume Contact Centre sales/conversion driven environments (Desirable)
