The Role Reporting to the Finance Business Partner , you'll take ownership of both AP and AR functions, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, payments are collected on time, and financial data is maintained correctly within the system. You'll be dealing with roughly 200 invoices per week across both payables and receivables , supporting month-end reporting, reconciling accounts, and responding to supplier and customer queries. This role is essential to the smooth running of the finance team and plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial reporting for the business. Woven Image, part of the CSR Group, is a well-established Australian business specialising in innovative acoustic and design-led interior solutions used across commercial spaces globally. Our Brookvale team is a close-knit group of around 50 people who take pride in delivering quality products and strong service to customers across Australia and internationally. In this role you will: Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable across Woven Image and associated entities Process invoices and allocate customer payments accurately and on time Conduct bank reconciliations and support month-end reporting Issue customer statements, reminder letters , and manage overdue accounts Handle supplier and customer queries efficiently Process staff expenses, petty cash, and maintain accurate financial records Conduct credit checks and provide guidance on credit risk Assist with general finance and administrative support as needed What you bring to the role Minimum 5 years' experience in an Accounts Payable / Receivable or Accounts Clerk role Experience managing both AP and AR functions Strong reconciliation and month-end support experience Confident handling customer collections and supplier queries Experience using accounting systems such as Business Central, SAP, MYOB or similar Intermediate Excel skills Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work with stakeholders across the business Experience in manufacturing, wholesale or product-based businesses is advantageous Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance (desirable) We strive to support your professional and personal growth.
