About the role: Reporting to the Consumer Innovation & Insights Manager, the Project Manager will hold primary responsibility for the overall design, coordination, and implementation of St Vincent’s Care’s optional ‘fee for service’ offering. This is a 12-month fixed term full-time opportunity (with review for permanency) based in our Brisbane Group Office located in Bowen Hills, QLD on a hybrid and flexible arrangement. In this high-impact role, you will lead the national rollout of resident-centric products across our 23 residential aged care homes and 8 retirement villages, ensuring every service is scalable, seamless, and deeply integrated into our existing care teams. You will own the project lifecycle - from defining scope and managing cross-functional timelines to translating sharp customer insights and NPS data into actionable strategies that drive growth. You will be pivotal in ensuring our offerings are equitable and culturally safe, specifically championing those most in need within our community. By leading the integration of digitally enabled systems, you will bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and a user-friendly experience, delivering a sophisticated technology platform that empowers our frontline staff and enriches the lives of our residents. What’s on your resume is important, but what’s in your heart matters more. Things that work for us: Demonstrated background in project or product management, ideally within an aged care or healthcare environment. Ability to translate customer insights and complex data into sellable, scalable services. Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. Excellent digital, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build consensus.
