The role In Government Sector Labour Relations (GSLR), our Senior Labour Relations Advisers represent the Minister for Industrial Relations and the Executive Director GSLR in developing, implementing and monitoring labour relations strategies, policies and workplace practices, with particular emphasis on framework and reform, bargaining and employer support. We work with public sector employers, unions and others to drive whole-of-government workforce reforms, negotiate awards and agreements, and resolve disputes.
