Client Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a very well respected community service that provide a wide range of support services to vulnerable women to assist in the recruitment of Case Worker on a Full time basis The position is initially on a FTC until the end of June 2026 but with a strong possibility of extension once funding is confirmed. Role This position is responsible for providing one-on-one case management to women that have experienced domestic and family violence. You will support women in separating from DFV in a non-judgemental way, conduct intake assessments, develop safety plans, case coordination and support with referrals to other support services. Criteria To be considered for the role you will need to meet all of the following criteria: Relevant qualifications in social work, community services or relevant field Experience in providing case management with women impacted by trauma Experience conducting safety plans and supporting women to access other services An ability to develop the service and help with continuous improvement Good conflict management skills Further Info This role is paid at SCHADS level 4 which is $88-94k Super NFP salary packging benefits The position is a Monday-Friday role working normal business hours with some flexibility.
