About the role The primary function of this role is to manage and grow key national retail accounts, acting as the main point of contact between the business and its retail partners. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, identifying growth opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships with major retailers across Australia. The role involves: Managing key national retail accounts and building strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders Driving sales growth, profitability and brand presence across major retailers Developing and executing strategic business and sales plans Preparing and delivering high-impact sales presentations to retail partners Analysing sales data, trends and performance (POS) to inform decisions and strategy Managing forecasting and working closely with demand and supply teams Identifying new business opportunities and expanding retail footprint Executing in-store activations and promotional strategies Monitoring performance against targets and implementing actions to drive results Your Skills, Knowledge & Attributes: Proven experience in FMCG, toys or consumer goods sales Strong relationships with major retail accounts and decision-makers Highly developed negotiation and presentation skills Commercially minded with strong analytical and forecasting ability Confident working with sales data, reporting and business planning Proactive, driven and results-focused with a “go-getter” attitude Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) The Perks: Global brand with strong market presence and growth trajectory Work with some of the largest retailers in Australia Dynamic, fast-paced and high-performing team environment Career growth and development opportunities Office-based role in Macquarie Park
