About the role You'll take full carriage of matters from first advice to resolution across franchising, SME advisory, property and leasing, licensing, ACL and related commercial work. You'll also lead negotiations, represent clients in ADR, build trusted client relationships, and help shape the standards, culture and direction of a lean, commercially driven practice. What you'll bring You'll likely have 4-10 years' PAE, strong commercial judgment and the confidence to work independently without needing constant oversight.
