This group is seeking a commercially minded experienced Venue Manager. The venue operates across restaurant, a high-performing bar, gaming operations and a strong functions/events portfolio . About the Role: As Venue Manager, you will assume full accountability for operational execution, financial management and compliance across all departments. Your remit will include, End-to-end oversight of restaurant, bar, gaming and event operations, Ensuring gaming compliance, reporting accuracy and regulatory adherence, Full P&L responsibility including labour control and cost management, Leadership, mentoring and development of department heads and supervisors. You will drive revenue growth through operational efficiency and customer engagement, Maintain licensing, WHS and statutory compliance standards and partner with leadership team on strategy, forecasting and performance planning. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role requiring presence, confidence and commercial maturity.
