As Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing sound advice to assist the business in understanding profit drivers and business performance. This will be achieved through historical and forecast financial analysis, variance analysis, commentary and providing recommendations to the business. Deliver periodical analysis of P&L performance, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow against key benchmarks (e.g., forecast, budget, prior year, etc.) Create tools and financial models that facilitate effective decisions making Optimise financial systems to extrapolate and interpret meaningful data to respond to stakeholder requests Critically assess existing processes/financial models and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Provide specialist financial advice and training to other team members Provide support in respect of any ad hoc analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business improvement initiatives and business development activities, etc. More about you Tertiary Qualifications in Finance/Accounting or related discipline CPA/CA qualified Proven skills (intermediate to advanced) in Excel Experience in accounting, analytical or related commercial experience Demonstrated success in managing & working with multiple stakeholders with the interpersonal skills to match Experience with OneStream will be well regarded The application period will close on 02/04/2026, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.
