About the Role This role leads and oversees home modification projects from assessment through to completion, ensuring high‑quality, accessible outcomes for clients. You’ll work closely with OTs, builders and clients while managing scopes, quotes, site visits and project delivery. It’s a mix of office and on‑site supervision, perfect for an experienced tradie or builder ready to step into a leadership role. Key Highlights Oversee home modification projects, timelines and quality standards Conduct site assessments, inspections and sign‑offs alongside OTs and builders Prepare scopes of work and project management quotes Provide technical guidance and supervise builders and contractors Enjoy a mix of office work, site work, and regional travel with a fleet vehicle Support delivery of safe, accessible solutions for clients across SA and Broken Hill Knowledge, skills and experience Strong trade background with experience in building, renovations, or supervision Ability to conduct site assessments, inspections, and quality checks confidently Skilled in preparing scopes, quotes, and accurate project documentation Strong communication skills for working with OTs, builders, clients, and teams Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Education and Qualifications Relevant building trade qualification (mandatory) Demonstrated experience in the building or construction industry SA Building Supervisor Licence (desirable, support available to obtain) Valid WWCC, NDIS Worker Check and driver’s licence We’re serious about safeguarding our clients.
