Date : 23/02/2026 Job Overview The BIM Manager is responsible for leading and managing BIM delivery on assigned projects, acting as the Lead Appointed Party under ISO 19650. The role ensures that Black & White BIM standards and client information requirements are met through effective planning, coordination, governance, and quality assurance across the project lifecycle. The role operates from the Front Office and provides project-level leadership and oversight. Model authoring and production are delivered by the Global Design Hub. The BIM Manager does not undertake routine model production but is accountable for coordination, compliance, and acceptance of information. The BIM Manager works closely with design disciplines, project managers, and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated, compliant, and efficient outcomes. The role acts as the primary BIM interface with the client and supports structured, auditable digital delivery. Responsibility for regional and global BIM standards, tools, and strategy remains with the Regional and Global BIM Leads. key requirements Proven leadership experience managing BIM teams and working with multidisciplinary project teams. Monitor BIM workflows, identify issues, and recommend improvements. Provide delivery feedback to support continuous improvement of BIM processes. BIM Standards Compliance Ensure BIM delivery complies with ISO 19650 and applicable building services standards, including BSRIA BG6 where required. Apply Black & White BIM standards, protocols, and workflows within assigned projects. Monitor compliance across the project lifecycle and report to BIM and project leadership. Hold authority to challenge, reject, or delay non-compliant information. Staff Development Provide day-to-day guidance and technical leadership to project BIM staff. Support development of BIM capability and consistent application of standards. Provide input to performance reviews and development planning. Monitor productivity and technical quality within the project team. Mentor junior staff and support their integration into delivery teams. BIM Project Planning Develop and maintain the project BIM Execution Plan. Confirm alignment with client Exchange Information Requirements. Develop and manage the project MIDP. Review, accept, or reject Task Information Delivery Plans. Manage information delivery milestones, status codes, and approvals. Identify risks to BIM delivery and escalate issues early. Coordinate BIM resourcing with the Global Design Hub and project teams. Collaboration And Communication Act as the Lead Appointed Party for BIM at project level. Lead and chair BIM coordination activities and reviews. Act as the primary BIM contact for the client and external stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration between project teams and consultants. Establish clear communication protocols to support project milestones. BIM Software And Technology Apply regional standards for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) configuration. Apply and manage project-level CDE configuration in line with regional standards. Ensure project information is issued, reviewed, and approved through the CDE. Support consistent use of BIM platforms across FO and GDH teams. Promote knowledge sharing and feedback between teams. BIM Quality Assurance Formally accept or reject information deliveries on behalf of the Appointed Party. Review models and outputs prior to issue to external parties. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agreed requirements. Implement project-level quality control procedures aligned with B&W standards. Provide lessons learned and improvement feedback to BIM leadership. Support construction-phase information delivery and asset data handover where required. role requirements (professional and technical expertise) Extensive experience in MEP BIM delivery across design and construction projects. Proven application of ISO 19650 on live projects. Strong understanding of BIM documentation, including BEPs, MIDPs, and TIDPs. Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination and MEP systems. Advanced user of Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Practical knowledge of COBie and asset information delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
