Job Title: Grounds Supervisor Salary: Paying up to $90,000 Super Location - Hunters Hill We’re looking for a skilled Grounds Supervisor to take a hands‑on leadership role in the presentation and upkeep of high‑use sporting fields and surrounding grounds. This position suits someone who enjoys being outdoors, can guide a small team, and takes pride in delivering well‑maintained turf surfaces. Duties: Managing day‑to‑day upkeep of ovals, turf wickets, lawns and open spaces Leading turf renovation programs including oversowing, fertilising and pest/disease treatment Operating and coordinating the maintenance of grounds machinery and equipment Planning weekly work schedules and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently Monitoring turf health and adjusting maintenance programs when required Maintaining accurate records, reports and compliance documentation Requirements: Certificate IV or higher in Sports Turf Management - Essential Demonstrated experience working with sports turf, including Santa Ana Couch Current AQF3 chemical application licence Confident supervising staff and prioritising workloads Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe equipment use A valid driver’s licence Benefits: Salary up to $90k super Access to high‑quality facilities and modern equipment Supportive team environment with ongoing development opportunities Free parking and convenient transport access Additional onsite amenities If you are interested in finding out more regarding this role - please apply with a copy of your resume.
