The OCM’s will be providing expert Organisational Design services to transform their administrative functions. Our client is seeking candidates with experience in strategic organisational change projects in terms of benchmarking and designing a target state. Key responsibilities: Work closely with the Leadership teams to analyse organisational structure design, operating model development, develop strategies to improve inter-team relationships, work practices, ways or working and processes, while leading initiatives that foster positive change. Foster and co-design strategies that will imbed a culture of collaboration, customer-centricity, and adaptability across administrative teams Lead and manage the co-creation of current state-structure and define future-state structure Lead and manage Business Change Impact Assessments, development of change responses, training and business readiness activities relating to new business processes, system changes and solution related changes. Provide strategic organisational change management advice in relation to change readiness assessment, analysis, documentation and implementation of approved change management methodologies, including the evaluation and management of risks and issues. Establish and maintain complex internal and external stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management to engage stakeholders and ensure organisational realignment, change and development deliverables are met. Develop and maintain the ongoing forward schedule of changes to assist the business in planning for change, to manage any change-related interdependencies and forecast change resourcing needs. Provide advice on organisation process and functional change and processes to stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective communication-based work practices. Conduct change management analysis activities, including assessing change impacts, performing stakeholder analyses, and designing proactive change strategies to achieve positive outcomes. Prepare change management documentation, materials, and presentations to support the implementation, reinforcement, and sustainability of organisational change. Technical skills, abilities and cultural capability Aligns organisational design delivery to strategic priorities, working within organisational constraints Works with multiple teams simultaneously and adjusts priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. Works confidently in an ever-changing environment where there is high levels of ambiguity. Ensure internal and external stakeholder engagement is well managed via good practice relationship and engagement practices, client and supplier management and enables effective and efficient operational service delivery. Working knowledge of organisational design and change management concepts and processes. Preferred qualifications in project management or change management methodologies.
