About the role Based at Head Office and reporting to the General Counsel and Chair, you will be the principal governance leader for the organisation and a trusted advisor to the Board, CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Your key responsibilities will include: Planning, coordinating and delivering Board, Board Committee and Executive Committee meetings and the annual meeting calendar. Attending Board, Board Committee and Executive Committee meetings. Preparing Board minutes and meeting materials. Drafting Board papers. Providing expert corporate governance and regulatory advice to the Board Audit and Risk Management Committee and the People and Culture Committee. Advising on governance issues, preparing policies, charters and registers. Managing relationships with Directors and key stakeholders. About you You will have approximately five or more years of relevant Australian company secretarial experience. You will have strong executive communication skills and be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, organising Board meetings, maintaining statutory records and preparing Board reports and minutes. You will possess a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a thorough knowledge of the practical application of corporate governance requirements.
