What You'll Be Doing The Kids Cancer Centre (KCC) is one of the largest centres in Australia that researchers and treats childhood cancer under one roof. We are a large multi-disciplinary department within Sydney Children’s Hospital with the goal of providing best practice patient care combined with research, to improve outcomes for children with cancer. The Clinical Administration Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of the oncology inpatient wards, the oncology outpatient clinic and other patient care related administration roles [AA1] within the Kids Cancer Centre. The position plays a pivotal role in effectively liaising with clinical staff and managers, patients and their families, hospital staff and external parties, and supporting administration staff, by providing direction and guidance in the facilitation of administrative systems, processes and procedures to improve efficiencies in accordance with policies, procedures and standards.
